Shipping Terms & Conditions

Welcome to &SOM Skin! We're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Below are our shipping terms and conditions that apply to all orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Delivery Time: Orders placed before 3 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.
Shipping Cost: A standard delivery fee of 30 AED applies to orders under 200 AED.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over 200 AED.

GCC Countries (KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • Shipping Cost: 50 AED cost for delivery, orders over 300 AED are eligible for free delivery


United Kingdom (UK)

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping Cost & Free Delivery: Shipping costs are 50 AED (10GBP)


General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed during regular business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order's progress.
  • Customs and Import Charges: For orders outside the UAE, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
